The WEPSEN MX200W brings together a handheld electric mixer and a full set of prep vessels and measuring tools in one package. The mixer runs on a 200 watt motor with five speed settings, all controlled by thumb button, and comes with four detachable attachments: two balloon whisks and two beaters. Five stainless steel bowls stack inside one another for storage, alongside a set of metal measuring cups and spoons that clip onto a removable ring. The stainless steel pieces are marked with size measurements, resist staining, and can go in the dishwasher, refrigerator or oven. Suited to mixing batter, whipping, marinating, kneading dough and general kitchen prep.
- Mixing bowls in 2.5, 3, 4.5, 6 and 7 quart sizes, stainless steel
- Measuring cups: 1, 1/2, 1/3 and 1/4 cup. Spoons: 1/8, 1/4, 1/2 and 1 tsp, 1/2 and 1 tbsp, plus a scraper blade
- 200 watt motor, 5 speeds, push button controls
- Set dimensions 11 x 11 x 5 inches, 4.4 pounds
When using the mixer, start at the lower speed settings for dry or dense ingredients and increase gradually to avoid splashing. The thumb button placement lets you adjust speed without shifting your grip, which is useful when the batter changes consistency mid-mix. The balloon whisks are better suited to incorporating air into eggs or cream, while the beaters handle thicker batters and dough more efficiently. All four attachments release with a button press and can go straight into the dishwasher after use.
The nesting bowl set works particularly well for prep workflows where you need several vessels at once, such as separating eggs, pre-measuring dry and wet ingredients, or marinating while something else mixes. The smaller bowls fit inside the largest seven-quart bowl for compact storage. When comparing kits like this one, it is worth checking whether the measuring cups and spoons are marked on the inside or outside of the vessel, since interior markings are easier to read accurately. This package suits home cooks who want a single organized kit rather than sourcing mixing tools separately, and the 4.4 pound total weight keeps it manageable to store in a cabinet or on a shelf.
