e.l.f. Hydrating Camo Concealer is a liquid cream formula with a lightweight, workable texture that stays flexible on skin. It sets to a satin finish rather than a flat matte one, and the wide doe foot applicator picks up enough product to place where you want it.

Coverage is full, so spots and shadow under the eyes are concealed with a small amount. The formula holds through a full day of wear without creasing or flaking, and it can be tapped out with a fingertip, brush or sponge, or applied with the Complexion Duo Brush for closer work.
